SPAR Marketing Force is looking for Experienced Retail Project Leads!

Job Description:

SPAR Marketing Force partners with national small and large box retailers, managing both new and remodel store locations. This position includes project management, fixture installation and product merchandising. We are seeking those individuals who are self-sufficient, highly motivated, and driven to execute high quality results in a fast pace atmosphere.


  • Planogram and Retail Store Shelving Fixture Installation experience.

  • 1-year Team lead experience is required.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints/store layouts.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and client supervisors, keeping them informed of all relevant project information

  • Qualified Project Leaders will need to understand budgeted hours. Manages the projects to-date hours tracking on a daily & weekly basis.

  • Ensure that all project-related documentation is complete, up-to-date and transmitted on time to required recipients.

  • Project Leaders need to understand and have the ability to keep policies, procedures and safety rules in place

  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance and able to drive up to 500 miles in a day.

  • Personal cell phone is required and valid email address.

  • Strong problem solving and team building skills, with the ability to train team members

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to delegate tasks

  • Adequate PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, etc.

  • Lifting and carry minimum 50 lbs.

  • Knowledge/ability to use basic hand tools necessary for the job

  • Professional attire/appearance

  • Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner

  • Ability to interact with general public

VIEW JOBS 10/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-16T00:00 The Alumni Project Manager will report to the Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) National Leader and will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team The incumbent will be accountable for schedule, budget, and quality of on-going complex projects to increase engagement with firm alumni, as well as to communicate RSM priorities to the marketplace. The incumbent will apply broad, advanced project management principles and concepts to large projects, and contribute to innovation of new concepts and ideas, and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will work with CDI staff to plan and manage the design, production and distribution of a high volume of marketing efforts through traditional and emerging channels. Program duties may not always fall within a defined subproject. The individual must be able to identify activities as either in or out of scope as they relate to the program objectives. Essential Duties 1. Strategically manage projects for various stakeholders to ensure business needs are met with insight from leadership. a. Define a program and/or project's scope, goals, schedule, available resources and deliverables. b. Ensure the business deliverables and goals for a particular project or program are met in a timely and efficient manner. c. Manage program and project risks / issues. Recognize and determine the appropriate corrective action(s) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope. 2. Work closely with project leads and leadership to operationally plan, devise and execute planning and project management cycles to support milestones determined by leadership to enable development within the service line, industry or practice infrastructure. a. Create and maintain connections with key stakeholders and/or teams to implement strategic initiatives that optimize current knowledge sharing platforms and overall interactions with clients. b. Proactively seek for ways to drive efficiency and growth among various teams. 3. Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to provide the appropriate stakeholders with the status of projects. a. Consistently and accurately review and maintain documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active projects. 4. Provide effective guidance to employees and/or team members through planning appropriate resources, communicating performance expectations. a. Effectively delegate to and leverage project team members to help meet business objectives. b. Communicate performance expectations, provide real-time project feedback, coaching, training, developing, and providing career growth activities. c. May serve as a career advisor to office services employees and/or mentor to other project team members. 5. Manage a comprehensive, ongoing effort to communicate with Alumni, including but not limited to: a. Emails, newsletters, phone calls, and social media posts b. Ongoing outreach to disconnected Alumni to introduce them to the New Futures Alumni Program c. Management and updating of an alumni database d. Analyzing email marketing efforts, reporting on measurable outcomes and monitoring success for improved effectiveness. 6. Act as primary liaison to the Alumni Network Group and leader: a. Onboarding new Alumni Network leaders (regionally and locally) b. Scheduling and facilitating monthly meeting c. Development and adherence to Alumni Network Group objectives, governance, and regulations Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business related area or equivalent experience (required) * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (required) * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (required) * 5-8 years relevant experience (required) * Experience managing multiple projects of moderate to high risk (required) * Ability to supervise, direct, and review the results of the programs, projects, or assignments (required) * Ability to lead by understanding team dynamics (required) * Ability to support, affect, and implement change (required) * Ability to impact and influence a diverse population (required) * Facilitate program discussions with senior BP&T management and business stakeholders (required) * Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed * Advanced MS Office (or a similar project management software) skills (preferred) * PMP certification (preferred) You want your next step to be the right one.
