SPAR Marketing Force is looking for Experienced Retail Project Leads!

Job Description:

SPAR Marketing Force partners with national small and large box retailers, managing both new and remodel store locations. This position includes project management, fixture installation and product merchandising. We are seeking those individuals who are self-sufficient, highly motivated, and driven to execute high quality results in a fast pace atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Planogram and Retail Store Shelving Fixture Installation experience.

  • 1-year Team lead experience is required.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints/store layouts.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and client supervisors, keeping them informed of all relevant project information

  • Qualified Project Leaders will need to understand budgeted hours. Manages the projects to-date hours tracking on a daily & weekly basis.

  • Ensure that all project-related documentation is complete, up-to-date and transmitted on time to required recipients.

  • Project Leaders need to understand and have the ability to keep policies, procedures and safety rules in place

  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance and able to drive up to 500 miles in a day.

  • Personal cell phone is required and valid email address.

  • Strong problem solving and team building skills, with the ability to train team members

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to delegate tasks

  • Adequate PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, etc.

  • Lifting and carry minimum 50 lbs.

  • Knowledge/ability to use basic hand tools necessary for the job

  • Professional attire/appearance

  • Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner

  • Ability to interact with general public

This position will focus on ensuring delivery of the advanced cybersecurity features of the modernized GPS Ground Control Segment. You will lead the cybersecurity technical team, interfacing with the prime contractor and other FFRDC's and support contractors. You will leverage MITRE resources in cyber security to assess adequacy of the contractor's solutions, recommend changes, and document and assess risks in their solution. The position will interface closely with government program leadership, utilizing cybersecurity subject matter expertise to provide informed recommendations towards sponsor decisions. Key functions: * Strategy – Focus on GPS Control Segment modernization, in shaping the AF Space portfolio and PNT (Position, Navigation and Timing) sub-portfolio five year strategy, planning and executing a project work program that supports customer priorities and outcomes consistent with the 5 year strategy. * Customer Relationships - Responsible for developing and maintaining trusted working relationships with Production Corps Command & Control Division (PCC) Leadership, OCX Program (PCCX) Leadership, other SMC and DoD PNT leadership and FFRDCs. Works with the customer to define a project plan that is FFRDC appropriate work to support customer priorities and Portfolio strategy. Provide feedback to align Portfolio strategy to SMC, SMC/PCC and SMC/PCCX goals as necessary. * Work Program Definition and Execution – Develop and execute the PCCX Project work plan each fiscal year with specific milestones and outcomes that are tied to the AF Space portfolio and GPS sub-portfolio strategy and consistent with key customer priorities and outcomes. Forecast and monitor expenditures by month and across budget categories and adapt to changes, re-plan, and report to the Department Head, Portfolio Manager, and when appropriate to the Technical Director and Portfolio Director. * Identify and manage project risks (e.g., delivery, funding, etc.). Oversee project staffing by collaborating with Program Division and Technical Center leadership across MITRE to ensure that the right technical, programmatic and management skills are available to support the SMC/PCC customer. Work with the Department Head and other resource managers to support staff development and coordinate future staffing needs with the appropriate resource organizations based upon the Strategic direction of the portfolio. Establish appropriate project/task/deliverable reviews and oversight to ensure technical quality, product delivery and impactful work. Prepare and deliver all reports on time. * Communications - Work with Portfolio Leadership to align and support Cross-Portfolio initiatives with project resources as appropriate. Engages with Cross Cutting Portfolio leads and Project Leaders across MITRE to leverage other PNT related activities. Ensure that customer, project and portfolio objectives, goals, and accomplishments are communicated to all project staff so that they understand their role in achieving success. Keep teams informed about relevant events, decisions, and actions. Appropriately recognize contributions of task and project staff. * Serve as cyber engineering SME and trusted advisor to our Air Force government sponsors. Minimum Qualifications: * BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or similar field, and 8 years of related experience * Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances Required Qualifications: * Requires knowledge of large-scale System Engineering processes and best practices. Eight years of related experience including 2 years of leadership experience * Self-starter with knowledge of System Security Engineering * Understanding advanced cyber threats, active defensive cyber tools, active offensive attack surfaces and adversary methodologies. * Experience with enterprise architecture, software development, cyber operations, and command and control systems * Demonstrated interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills * Able to collaborate with government contractors and work in multi-disciplinary teams * Ability to document and/or present ideas and findings such that others can easily learn from or make decisions based upon the material. * Ability to think strategically about technical and operational challenges within a security organization and experience developing implementation plans for moving an organization forward. * Ability to develop new ideas and techniques that advance the state of the practice for cyber defensive operations. * Can obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Able to apply a combination of expert engineering knowledge of enterprise IT and security solutions to analyze prime contractor's solutions to ensure they are consistent with enterprise architecture security policies * Knowledge of, or a demonstrated ability to become proficient in, support technologies such as cyber security, software development and test, orbital mechanics, etc. * Knowledge of AF Space acquisition processes for large scale (ACAT level) systems; space, user equipment, ground control segment acquisitions a plus * Demonstrated customer relationship management skills * Demonstrated task management and leadership skills * Ability to communicate complex, concepts, ideas in a confident and well-organized manner * Excellent interpersonal skills and technical document preparation skills with a demonstrated ability to support complex organizational relationships * Experience and knowledge are desired but not limited to the following areas: detection and/or cybersecurity analysis (e.g., via forensics, network and memory analysis, reverse engineering, cyber threat intelligence) of the presence of an cyber threat actor (including insiders) or malware; and reactive measures such as cyber incident response, situation analysis, and vulnerability management The following knowledge proficiencies are also strongly desired: * DoD Accreditation process and Risk Management Framework * GPS and other Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) systems, such as other GNSS (Galileo, GLONASS, etc.) * Basic knowledge of DoD space systems * Satellite command and control * Cryptography and Encryption Technologies * DoD Program Protection Planning * Anti-tamper, Anti-spoof Technologies * Cross Domain Technologies The Mitre Corporation Colorado Springs CO
