Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. What will you do?

• Supervise retail team, including assigning duties, training, and reporting any team member issues to manager
• Ensure proper stock of products and that all items are in their appropriate locations
• Manage inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing outdated material, and cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
• Oversee setup and shutdown of portable locations
• Monitor the website and help process online orders

More about you

• Minimum of 6 months of retail experience preferred
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer system required
• Previous experience with ecommerce
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock up to 165 pounds throughout facility
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during entire length of shift
