What We Need:
As the Retail Operations Specialist you'll have the opportunity to play an important role in keeping the growing Retail channel running smoothly. You'll regularly tackle operational tasks such as data cleanup and identifying process or system breakage issues. You'll also communicate directly with Smart Home Pros and Regional Managers when they have questions relating to process and data. As the liaison between the field and corporate, you'll have the opportunity to identify and resolve problems in real-time and identify and create solutions to impact the overall efficiency of the department.
Daily cleanup of data exceptions to ensure accurate reporting, commissions, and customer experience
Regularly communicate with Retail salestallation reps and managers, assisting with various inquiries relating to process, data issues, pay, etc.
Identify potential solutions to improve data quality and increase productivity without sacrificing customer satisfaction or sales experience
Collaborate with team members to find solutions to problems which may include some combination of process, system, and data improvements
Analyze and interpret data and process to identify and solve root cause problems
Understand and help document cross-functional processes
Clearly and effectively communicate findings and make recommendations for practical improvements
Type 60+ WPM
Basic Excel proficiency
Proficient in Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Organization or project management
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively through e-mail
High school diploma
Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Vivint Smart Home or similar company
