Sodexo Corporate Services North America is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager for our premier client in Nashville, Tennessee.
The successful candidate will have direct oversight of a corporate cafe unit where Sodexo provides breakfast and lunch service with a conference center to a building population of about 700, as well as casual and upscale catering. The Retail Operations Manager will lead a small team of 12 frontline employees. This account is located in the HCA Corporate Office.
This position supports the front of house facets of daily culinary production including all daily retail and catering production, deployment of the mindful focus, and overseeing the development of food service employees. The best qualified candidate will have excellent leadership experience and a focus on safety and sanitation and quality and standards.
We are looking for candidates who will manage:
Frontline hourly staff
Ordering and inventory
Cash handling process
Manage HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance
Frontline training programs
Compliance with new branding and marketing initiatives
Opening and closing the operation
Daily operations standards.
