This position is responsible for overseeing, leading and supporting all retail team members within their assigned region. This position offers the opportunity to support a region as needed within the banking centers while having the opportunity to build your team up for success.

Develop content and facilitate/lead Monthly Manager Meetings
Meet with local leadership in region consistently discussing strategy, performance and opportunities of growth.
Help coach and mentor all retail banking center team members as needed.
Once a quarter visit all Weekly Connection Meetings across region.

RETAIL JOB DUTIES
To be proficient in all retail roles within a banking center.
i.e. Teller, Universal Banker, Assistant Banking Center Manager and Banking Center Manager.
Conduct and provide feedback to Banking Center Managers on their performance during a Quarterly Audit Review.
Track, record, report, monitor and store information related to retail operations to ensure all information is accurate and complete. This includes but not limited to:

Daily Checklist
Monthly Operational Audit
Security Monthly Audit
Quarterly Audit Review
Retail Snapshot
Develop, facilitate and ensure all retail team members have attended appropriate trainings.
Resolving client concerns professionally, timely and with excellent communication.
Ensure the banking centers are clean, safe, and appearance is maintained.
Monitor Teller Over/Short reports and facilitate Disciplinary Action as needed.
OTHER JOB DUTIES
Responsible for accuracy in work.
Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Visit banking centers monthly.
Assist in the growth and shrinking of locations in the region as needed.
On Federal holidays where the FED is open, but the bank is closed, Retail Coordinators, will work overdrafts for their region.
Help manage and run projects related to retail or banking centers as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Four (4) years of banking experience, management experience, client service experience, operational experience, loan knowledge and/or on-the-job training.
Ability to pass a background check.
Exceptional time management, communication, client experience, and computer skills.
Bilingual may be preferred.
High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Professional appearance and courteous manner.
