This Retail Operations Analyst is responsible for on-going reporting of labor scheduling and other related scheduling metrics in order to enhance retail store productivity and customer service through increased efficiencies.
Creates exception reporting to support analysis of labor scheduling, forecasting, overtime, and FT/PT hours worked.
Maintains data, such as store operating hours and adjustments, promotional information.
Troubleshoots issues in labor scheduling software system and acts as the liaison to the labor scheduling software vendor.
Identifies process issues and recommends improvements.
Tracks budgets and updates manuals and reference tools for labor management processes.
Plans and maintains store workload calendar.
Supports other store support projects as needed.
Analytical with strong problem solving abilities and creative resolution skills

Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail and meet critical deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills with ability to interact effectively with various skill set and leadership levels.
Ability to work with cross functional partners to gain alignment and consensus with key stakeholders on project.
Work well independently as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
Minimal travel required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years' experience in an analyst role in a retail setting required.
Labor Management systems experience preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
Proficient use of other Microsoft office programs.
