The impact you'll make
PetSmart's Operations Supervisor, or as we like to call it, 'Process Lead' has shared responsibility for the oversight of the safety of people and pets, customer experience, services, pet care operations, and total loss within all areas of the store. This role will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, overseeing associates, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. This job will also be responsible for upholding the company's vision, mission, values, and strategy within the store. Depending on business need, this position may be full-time or part-time. This is a key holder position.
What we're looking for
Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career.
1-2 years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
