Retail Merchandiser/Fixture Installer: Local Alaska

Location: Kenai, AKAbout Falcon Retail Solutions: Falcon Retail Solutions is in the retail remodel and reset industry. We're currently seeking locals in the Waukesha, WI area to join our dynamic team on a current overnight project. This opportunity is ideal for those who excel in hands-on, collaborative environments.Your Role: As a Retail Merchandiser/Fixture Installer, you'll play a crucial role in our store remodel/resets, working on-site in Alaska and potentially other locations. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• De-merchandising and Restocking: Efficiently unstock and clean shelves, then restock with updated products.
• Fixture Installation: Remove outdated and install new fixtures, adjust shelving, and ensure optimal product placement.
• Product Relocation: Move products within the store as per the new layout plans.
• Labeling and Signage: Update shelves with new labels and price tags and install new signage.

• Experience: Preferred experience in reading planograms, store resets/remodels, retail fixture installations, and merchandising.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Tool Proficiency: Knowledge and ability to use basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, etc.).
• Safety Protocol Knowledge: Understanding and adherence to safety protocols in a retail environment.
• Teamwork: Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
• Overnight Schedule: Willingness for overnight work.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Communication: Personal cell phone with internet and a valid email address.
