As a Retail Media Ops Mgr III, you'll oversee management of cross-platform campaigns for some of our more complex suppliers and agencies, ensuring compliance, seamless execution, and optimization toward goals and objectives. You'll play an essential role in campaign management and support of account relationships. You will also oversee a group of buyers activating campaigns similar to those in your purview.

We are looking for:- experience in ad operations, ad trading, ad technology, campaign management, or media planning; experience in ad serving platforms; people management, training or mentorship experience a plus

What is the work?Management / Administration:- Execution and management of cross-platform media campaigns for more complex accounts; leverages various systems and platforms- Compiles and implements tags to capture media metrics (first- / third-party)- Assists in development and activation of audience segments for targeting- Conducts comprehensive QA to ensure compliance vs. internal and external guidelines (e.g., brand safety, viewability, etc.)- Monitors delivery and performance closely throughout duration of campaigns- Develops / implements comprehensive optimization strategies focused on internal and external campaign goals and objectives

  • Captures screenshots of live media and compiles for supplier facing proof of performance- Stays current on ad buying and retail media trends and competition; helps develop competitive analysis as needed- Leads select strategic projects; assists with GTM rollouts and new ad product testing in partnership with leadership team

  • Works closely with crew counterparts across Sales, Account Management, and Media Planning to support campaign goals and provide exceptional service- Leads cross-functional practice area expertise as well as process guidelines and documentation for group- Solves problems and addresses concerns of practice area, while escalating broader issues to leader

What is your background?- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, ad trading, ad technology, campaign management, or media planning- Experience in ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, PromoteIQ, Criteo)- Experience working in demand-side platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP) (preferred) and/or social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
