Retail Marketing Account Coordinator

The Nest Partner Retail Marketing Account Coordinator will be a brand champion on the NA Retail Marketing team and spearhead planning, management and execution of some of Nest's biggest retail initiatives. The role will require an extremely effective project manager, one who will work closely with various cross functional teams including execution teams in design, production, sales and sales ops as well as creative and production agencies. A large component of this role will be the management of US telco retail marketing initiatives from a timing, alignment and executional perspective. In addition, this role will be key in managing creative and production projects, working with telco partners to develop 2D and 3D production briefs and making sure cross functional teams at client and Nest are aware and on track for key deadlines & deliverables.
Be a brand champion and the key point of contact for creative review, feedback, and approvals for telco partners. Work cross-functionally internally and with agencies to ensure timely review and feedback.
Drive successful execution of ongoing retail, online and co-marketing initiatives through highly effective project management, cross-functional team and vendor coordination and timeline management.
Plan and coordinate end-to-end retail (2D, 3D fixtures) and online project execution internally and externally from project scoping, to briefing creative and production teams, to coordinating with partners, vendors and agencies, to leading brand and creative reviews with product marketing managers and creative leads, to final delivery and implementation of the retail experience.
Develop weekly execution reports, document executions via slide decks and spreadsheets, manage budgets, and work with analytics team to plan and track ROI of partner marketing executions.
Must be a dynamic, project management expert with the ability to own and execute on several complex projects at once and deliver results in fun, fast paced work environment
Min of 5 years of experience in project management, with in store/online merchandising and channel campaign planning & execution a plus
Must be highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
An ideal candidate would demonstrate thought-leadership and must be a self-starter with the ability to own and manage projects independently.
Ideal if candidate has Retail Marketing, visual merchandising and store planning experience, working with major retailers / OEMs

Manager is open to candidates who are willing to relocate but they must be flexible in start date because she is looking for someone relatively quick.
Project focuses on Nest retail expansion where the Account Coordinator will work with the internal marketing team and the external account teams. This expansion also focuses on the clients Telco Partnership with T-Mobile.
Seeking a candidate who has experience with retail expansions (online and brick & mortar), channel retail marketing, communications and vendor management. Experience in project management within store merchandising.
This candidate will collaborate with a variety of teams internal, external, stakeholder and vendors.
Must have project management experience
