Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Retail Manager 2 to join our team at Patheon located in Greenville NC!. The current food landscape consist of cafe, catering and vending operations with a total MV of 1.3 million. At this location we serve Breakfast, Lunch and a small PM service.
The Retail Manager 2 will oversee the PM shift hours of the role will be 12pm to 10pm M-F. Duties include:
Directs daily P.M. operations of cafe and vending Service
Supervises P.M. work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
Oversee on-site grill operation and catering services
Establishes a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance and by ensuring compliance with Sodexo sSodexoand loss prevention programs and with standards and procedures for the handling and storage of hazardous materials and/or waste and complies with all government regulations.
Storage rooms- manage inventory, purchases and delivery picks.
Routes- manager drivers throughout campus, schedules, ensures accuracy and driver accountability.
Maintains quality and company standards
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.Key Duties- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement
High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent Basic Management Experience
