Sodexo is seeking an experienced, motivated Food Retail Manager 2 for Northern Arizona University, located in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ, 2 hours north of Phoenix and 4 hours south of Las Vegas, NV. NAU is a premier campus account. Sodexo operates a full portfolio of services including resident dining, national brands, signature brands, in house brands, catering, summer conference, concessions and a full service restaurant.
The successful Retail Manager candidate will oversee 1 of 2 very active fully licensed Starbucks, with over $3M in sales volume total. The campus leadership team is dedicated and engaged to ensure that we succeed as a team. This is a fast paced, exciting place to work. This manager will bring a culture of customer service and be a driver of change. The successful candidate will supervise approximately 20 frontline staff members and hourly supervisors and will insure that all brand standards are met as well as be responsible for inventory, scheduling, purchasing, hiring and the training of frontline and supervisory staff.

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.
- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
