Pay Rate: $22/hr. and up

What you'll be doing

• Active: On the floor about 85% of time

• Traffic: Help expedite register lines, jump on register as needed

• Monitor: Look for coaching opportunities: RPH, ensure BOB & LISA, courtesy

• Train: Primary trainer for new and current Cashiers

• Kickoff: Inspire/prep Cashiers at shift start, e.g., high RPH, pan counted, heads up/promotions

• Resolve: Customer issues via win/win approach

• Right-hand: For Manager, e.g., minor people issue, merit review insights

What we want from you

• Experience: 2+ years in Team Lead level leadership role; 1+ year leading retail cash lines

• Process: Be role model and leader of exceptional cashiering

• Trainer: Convey knowledge in user-friendly manner

• Connect: Positively engage Cashiers often

• Tech: Comfortable with POS technology to be first line of defense

• Detail: Identify and help resolve POS shrink issues
