Prospecting and winning new business deals from retailers that will help to further accelerate growth of SYL
Securing meetings/calls via email, cold calling and networking
Making 20-30 new calls/emails per day in addition to scheduled calls/meetings
Developing creative selling strategies tailored to the audience
Understanding client objectives and effectively communicating the SYL value proposition
Collaborate with internal teams, peers and managers to continuously evolve the pitch, sales collateral and overall strategy
Regular user of HubSpot for pipeline management and deal tracking
Strong sales DNA to drive new business by prospecting new and existing clients with a relentless focus on closing business
Self-starter with a passion for online advertising
Strong work ethic with the desire to go above and beyond every day
3-5 years' experience in retailer new business sales in social, paid search or digital advertising
Deep rolodex of contacts with online marketers in retail
Exceptional written and oral skills are required, to pitch individuals at the senior level, not afraid of criticism or objections
Outgoing personality, interested in meeting new people on a daily basis, and connecting with those people on a human and business level
Proficient in Excel, PP, and Word
