Retail Customer Service Manager

Job Details Description Create a positive customer experience by supervising and coaching staff Demonstrate leadership through exceptional customer service and sales Train and coach Associates, conduct new employee orientations Communicate with management to discuss business trends and staff performance Assist in hiring process and ensure company standards are met Coordinate sales promotions, manage inventory, and plan schedules Participate in continued education and product knowledge Qualifications 21 years of age with 1-2 years retail management experience Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and work effectively in a team Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to operate business machines and electronic devices Capacity to lift 40-50 pounds, stand and/or walk for extended periods Ability to pass appropriate alcohol training and maintain certification The Pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.00 Binny's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, educational reimbursement, PTO, paid sick time, paid parental leave, paid holidays, and an employee discount.
