Job Description Job Description Job Details Description As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving customer leads by identifying, prospecting, and offering free water tests. This role will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base and establishing strong relationships with customers.

What you’ll do: Prospecting and lead generation inside Home Depot’s • 2 weeks of extensive training to ensure the knowledge and understanding to be successful as a lead setter • Identify and research potential clients through various channels. • help customers while they shop, network to generate leads and create a strong pipeline.

Customer relationship management: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Market and competitive analysis: • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities. • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Product knowledge: • Understand the details of the products and services being sold. • Continue to learn and stay up to date with the newest products, services, and trends.

Documentation: • Maintain accurate and detailed records with appropriate pictures attached. Where you’ll work: Select Source Sales Representatives spend their time in Home Depot’s across Southern California Benefit of staying indoors with thousands of potential prospects.
