About the role:

The Retail Construction Coordinator will support the Retail
Project Manager and be responsible for the retrofitting of our
existing retail stores.. This is currently a temporary position
with an option to convert to Full-Time in 2025.

What you'll do:

  • Support the women's expansion across all retail stores

  • Assist with timelines and budgets for the retrofit projects

  • Review and log proposals and invoices to maintain standards and
    meet goals

  • Liaise with LL and obtain necessary approvals and construction
    documents

  • Produce weekly tracking and update reports for company
    visibility

  • Collaborate with internal partners as needed and ensure all
    project milestones are met

  • Perform periodic site visits and inspect the progress of
    projects

  • Assist with resolutions to field issues, concerns and conflicts

  • Assist the Retail Project Manager with ad-hoc projects

  • Support the retail team as needed

What you'll bring:

  • 2 years experience working in a supportive role for store
    design, construction or facilities, with retail preferred.

  • Computer literate with capability in email, Microsoft Office,
    and related business and communication tools

  • Basic AutoCad - ability to prepare space plans and furnishing
    layouts

  • Strong understanding of Retail and Operational excellence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with
    meticulous attention to detail

  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

  • Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment
    with minimal supervision

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
    across all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to travel extensively, flexible scheduling and work
    weekends when necessary

  • Ability to lift boxes / weight of up to 30lb
