About the role:
The Retail Construction Coordinator will support the Retail
Project Manager and be responsible for the retrofitting of our
existing retail stores.. This is currently a temporary position
with an option to convert to Full-Time in 2025.
What you'll do:
Support the women's expansion across all retail stores
Assist with timelines and budgets for the retrofit projects
Review and log proposals and invoices to maintain standards and
meet goals
Liaise with LL and obtain necessary approvals and construction
documents
Produce weekly tracking and update reports for company
visibility
Collaborate with internal partners as needed and ensure all
project milestones are met
Perform periodic site visits and inspect the progress of
projects
Assist with resolutions to field issues, concerns and conflicts
Assist the Retail Project Manager with ad-hoc projects
Support the retail team as needed
What you'll bring:
2 years experience working in a supportive role for store
design, construction or facilities, with retail preferred.
Computer literate with capability in email, Microsoft Office,
and related business and communication tools
Basic AutoCad - ability to prepare space plans and furnishing
layouts
Strong understanding of Retail and Operational excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with
meticulous attention to detail
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment
with minimal supervision
Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
across all levels of the organization
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel extensively, flexible scheduling and work
weekends when necessary
Ability to lift boxes / weight of up to 30lb
