Help both your customer and your store win.
Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience; includes answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and/or person
Perform all Front-End store related responsibilities, including ringing up sales, processing returns, bagging items, processing "Buy Online and Pick Up Instore" orders and enrolling customers in company loyalty program
Connect with our customers and understand their needs to present solutions
Assist in resolving escalated issues with upset customers
Other responsibilities as assigned (e.g., merchandising, replenishment, store cleanliness)
Essential skills and experience:
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
Must be able to engage and speak to customers
Collaborate and work with other team members
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
Preferred skills and experience:
Customer service or cashier experience in a retail environment
Ability to prioritize, multitask, detail oriented, and highly observant
