Retail - Store Leader

Qualified Store Manager candidates will have at least 3 years of retail management experience, High School diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The Store Leader drives objectives that increase profitability and ensure a good customer and team member experience. The Store Leader (Store Manager) achieves results through his or her leadership team, working side-by-side, and hands on with the entire store team.

• Responsible for overall store operation, sales performance, and management of store personnel.

• Ensures that the store meets or exceeds the financial goals (sales, profits, expenses) set by the company.

• Utilizes company reports and tools to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in store performance.

• Responsible for the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all team members

• Accepts special assignments as directed by the District Leader.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma: post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred.

• 3+ years of retail management experience.

• Results-driven retail store management experience.

• Possess a valid Driver's License; may sometimes be required to drive to the bank to make deposits.

• Must have open availability
