Overview: Leaders in Training are pivotal members of our retail leadership team. As part of our dynamic management pipeline, they are adept at overseeing store operations in collaboration with the Store Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall store management including sales performance and personnel oversight.

• Participate in the interviewing and training process for new team members.

• Actively manage performance issues and recruit prospective leadership candidates.

• Maintain store appearance to company standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, stock levels, and recovery.

• Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.

• Take on the role of primary Manager on Duty when necessary, including store opening and closing duties.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1-2 years in retail management.

• Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and effectiveness in diverse situations.

• Capability to multitask effectively, especially in high-stress scenarios.
