About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director within the Branch Systems & Transformation group who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of leaders and individual contributors responsible for engaging with designers, architects, and project managers in the design and development of retail bank branches.

In this role, you will:
Utilize feedback from regional employees to inform the design process and ensure that branch designs meet their operational needs and enhance customer experience.
Develop innovative and customer-centric branch designs that reflect the bank's commitment to sustainability and technology.
Collaborate with corporate real estate teams to ensure that branch designs are cost-effective and meet corporate standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail bank branch design and incorporate them into the bank's branch design strategy.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the branch design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in retail store design, with a focus on new constructions and refurbishments.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and technology integration in retail bank branches.
Demonstrated experience working with corporate real estate teams.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to positively influence, motivate, inspire and direct diverse teams of designers and architects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative branch designs.
Product Management experience
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Experience leading complex change initiatives
Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25%

New York: $144,400-$300,000 annually
