Retail Associate Lead- Full Time, Bazaar

This role supervises daily Retail Operations in association with and under the guidance of the Retail Manager and Supervisor to ensure superior Family Style Service and an excellent working environment.

• Minimum of two years retail experience required.

• Good leadership, communications, and organizational skills required.

About the role:

• Write variance reports under the supervision of the Retail Manager/ Supervisor.

• Supervises cleanliness and upkeep of retail area and stockroom including training of retail stocker on proper placement of tags and replenishment of stock duties and responsibilities according to our presentation standards.

• Processes purchase requests, inventories, prices, and merchandises.

• Retail inventory under the guidance of the Retail Manager and Finance Department.

• Complies with established controls of the Retail Policy and Procedures.

• Enters work records of Retail Associates as appropriate.

• Conducts training for new hires and Retail Associates on visual presentation.

• Able to work independently and with little supervision.

• Must be able to maneuver throughout the retail shop.

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel when assisting customers with their merchandise needs.

• Must have the manual dexterity to manipulate the cash register and Ticketmaster.

• Must be able to handle more than one function at a time accurately be being well-organized and paying attention to details.

• Must be able to lift items up to 20 pounds.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Must be able to tolerate loud music and large crowds in smoking environment.

Pay: $20.50 per hour, depending on experience.
