What You Do

• Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions such as Store Support and Visual.

• Monitor all activities for the prevention of theft and fraud within the store and warehouse areas.

• Assist in the preparation of the budget, analyze trends, and track gross margin as well as other finance-related tasks.

• Assists with annual inventory and periodic cycle count.

• Drives to house calls and assists with occasional deliveries

• Must have clean MVR.

• Assists in the training of new employees serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Visual Ambassador in the showroom.

What You Bring

• Three years of experience in design or luxury retail environment minimum required with at least two years in a supervisor role preferred.

• Knowledge of the design industry including knowledge of fabrics and applications and general design practices preferred.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Good computer skills - knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required.

• Ability to use general technical equipment such as phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop, etc.

• Problem-solving skills and a positive, professional demeanor are required.
