Ready to try this job on for size? As a Retail and Games Supervisor at the Thrill Capital of New England

You'll contribute to our mission by:

  • Assisting with daily Retail, Games, Attractions, Rentals, and Imaging operations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with operating policies and procedures

  • Ensuring Guest satisfaction across all functions, and effectively resolve all Guest concerns

  • Planning and implementing layouts, concepts, and displays to maximize revenue

  • Monitoring unit per caps, cost of sales, pricing, and labor; taking appropriate action when needed

  • Monitoring and maintaining a balanced flow of product by utilizing the Aptos and Eatec inventory systems

  • Executing markdowns and promotions in an accurate and timely fashion

  • Developing and conducting department training, including documentation and certification

  • Preparing and administering seasonal Team Members assessments, evaluations, and audits

  • Establishing and maintaining the highest levels of Team Member performance and Guest Service

  • Growing and developing seasonal Team Members

  • Coordinating with Human Resources on recruitment, interviewing, and hiring

  • Monitoring of weekly schedules to maintain staffing levels

  • Ensuring all Federal, State, Local, and park policies and regulations are being adhered to

  • Planning and implementing Team Member events, sales competitions, and reward and recognition programs

  • Developing and executing CAPEX projects as assigned, from concept through completion

  • Serving as department and park duty manager as assigned

You'll do it with your:

  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job

  • Experience in a leadership role

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to think and act intentionally and strategically to help improve overall operation

  • Capacity for creative problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Strong work ethic and sense of fun

  • Willing to work in a high performance team environment

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, bending, stooping, etc.
