Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB

Assists with various retail account servicing operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

  • Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Reviews Internet Banking secure message contact changes;

  • Performs account clean up;

  • Assists branches to service customers;

  • Assists branches with account maintenance questions

  • Performs monthly reviews of Credit Cards;

  • Performs maintenance on various accounts;

  • Opens new lead accounts;

  • Coordinates branch supply orders;

  • Processes charge off disputes;

  • Reviews overdrawn accounts and requests;

  • Assists branches and external customers with charged off accounts;

  • Assists with administration of daily ODP program processing; and,

  • Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.

  • Good organizational skills;

  • Good interpersonal communication and computer skills; and,

  • Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
