Retail Account Representative - Oil & Gas

Job Description Job Description Beck Oil, Inc. is hiring for Retail Account Representative to join our team in Victorville, CA Beck Oil, Inc. operates commercial cardlock fueling locations along with our Fleet Card office on Turner Road in Victorville, California. We are also a supplier of several brands of lubricants as well as chemicals, solvents, DEF, off-road diesel, several blends of Bio-Diesel, racing fuel, and all grades of gasoline.

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Position Overview: The Retail Account Representative is responsible for maximizing and growing Beck Oil’s Retail market share, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Retail Account Representative will maintain and grow customer relationships and technical fulfillment of products and services by executing strategies for growth, customer retention, competitive displacement, and customer satisfaction.

Daily Tasks and Duties: Manage current branded dealer accounts. Grow Retail Dealer business, both branded and Unbranded.

Initiates contact with new and prospective dealer clients. Working with management, prepares and presents proposals. Closes the proposal by scheduling appointments, creating presentations, understanding account requirements, and building rapport.

Updates existing clients on new products, services and branding offerings. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolvesissues and complaints. Provides updates on new products, services and brand offerings.

Audits his/her client files to maintain accurate record-keeping. Collaborates internally with multiple departments including account management and marketing. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive refiners and suppliers.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales role or related experience as an account representative. 4 years of experience in account management with a minimum of 2-year account management in the Oil and Gas industry.

Experience in customer service. Proficient in MS Office. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Must have excellent oral and written communications and effective customer relations skills. Self-starter able to work independently.
