The Sales Representative is an entry level field sales professional and participates in training and orientation programs, develops product knowledge and familiarity with Dentsply Sirona products, customers, business partners, and sales methodology and procedures.

  • Coordinates and conducts meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand

  • Performs to the CCO daily sales and activity expectations of co-travels and Customer Facing Events per day and month

  • Inputs all call and sales activity into CRM and utilizes that information to target high opportunities daily

  • Develops and implements a sales business plan for the territory in collaboration with marketing and other partners

  • Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers directly or in collaboration with dealers to sell the division's products and/or services

  • Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers

  • Assumes quota responsibility for a territory upon successful completion of training

  • Address customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manner. Escalating concerns as required by current processes.

  • Evaluates information to determine if feedback constitutes a complaint.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Certifications/Licensing:

  • Valid driver's license is required

Years and Type of Experience:

  • Experience in/or appreciation of dental industry preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of business to business sales experience

VIEW JOBS 11/7/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-02-05T00:00 Job Summary A conductor's primary responsibility is to safely coordinate train crews on a freight train, place rail cars to facilitate loading and unloading, and makeup/breakdown trains in a rail yard, customer facility or similar locations. Primary Activities and Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with all train orders, signals, railroad and safety rules and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations * Be able to safely perform all job responsibilities * Inspect all equipment on cars prior to departures * Receive and transmit information by radio and telephone * Read and understand bulletins, work orders, and switch lists * Assist with the coupling and uncoupling of cars, operate switches, and make minor repairs to railcars, including replacing heavy couplings or air brake hoses * Work with customers to ensure accurate movement and placement of cars; delivers excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and meeting or exceeding expectations * Maintain awareness of surrounding area and suspicious activity to ensure rail safety * Operate locomotive equipment through the use of remote control device * Quickly and repeatedly make precise adjustments in moving the controls of a machine or vehicle to exact positions * Comprehend color and/or hand signals and systems * Review instructions from dispatchers and other transportation employees, and discuss with locomotive engineer * Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager * Pay Rate $43,000 average first year earnings Payrate while training in Atlanta $728.46/weekly OJT Training rate $874.12/weekly Training You will attend three weeks of training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute (REDI) in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals. You will complete an additional 9 - 15 weeks of on-the-job training at your assigned location.
