Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License (Copy taken at time of hire) DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance (upon offer and acceptance of position) Paraprofesssional Certificate* or equivalent: two years of college (48 units) or AA Degree or higher *Paraprofessional Testing: The paraprofessional test is offered through HCOE and can be reserved and paid for online.

APPLICATION : Current Eureka City Schools regular employees who wish to LATERAL TRANSFER from their current position may submit a transfer request form to the Personnel Office by the deadline date. (Please refer to your Union Contract for Lateral Transfer eligibility language). Probationary employees are not eligible for a lateral transfer but may apply as a general applicant.
