Our Restoration Sales Representatives are responsible for creating high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services. Facilitate the timely and profitable estimate of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Closing the sale with the customer.
  • Communicating with customers as needed during the project.
  • Maintain contact with all current and prospective clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement creative ways to market company services
  • Ability to create presentations and present in front of large groups
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows; including some evening events
  • Sales and Marketing to referral partners.
  • Assisting in the development of processes and procedures.
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Restoration Sales Experience (water damage, mold remediation, fire clean up, and emergency services)
  • Book of business - 1-3 million in yearly sales
  • Have worked in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.
  • Strong written/verbal communication & Organizational Skills
  • Aptitude for technology
  • Clean driving record & background check

    Restoration Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits include:

  • Competitive base salary PLUS 5% Commission on all jobs
  • • Company Vehicle

    • Eight days Paid time off after ONE year of service (negotiable)

    • Six Paid Holidays after 30 days of service (negotiable)
