Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, food service, and leadership. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Supervise, motivate, lead, and provide for strong, professional teamwork among employees during scheduled shifts

• Ensure efficient food production and service in compliance with quality standards

• Train new team members

• Oversee inventory management and ordering

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

• Control Profit & Loss Qualifications:

• Available to work a flexible schedule

• Previous experience in the food industry/restaurant or fast food

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. The position requires a lifting of 25 lbs. Anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
