The Shift Leader is considered a "Manager In Training". Qualifications and Skills At least two years of experience in the quick service industry. Interacting with guests, staff and management. Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie's in Arizona standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning.
