Headquartered in American Fork Utah, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe has 56 restaurants in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas & Missouri.
The recruiting manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to Regional Directors, District Managers and General Managers while ensuring we find the best talent for the brand.
Full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Management; performing extensive sourcing and screening of candidates daily/weekly, vetting for culture, behavior, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
Manage the selection process including: requisition management, documenting the selection process in the ATS, sourcing candidates, behavioral interviewing, developing a compelling compensation package and closing the deal.
Partner with Regional Directors to understand their hiring needs as well as coaching them on effective interview techniques, workforce planning practices and compensation requirements.
Partners with the Director of HR to identify future talent needs and proactively sources to develop robust ready to hire talent pools.
Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and traditional job boards) to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement recognition initiatives to increase the retention of managers and hourly employees.
Provide an impeccable candidate experience through consistent and accurate communications regarding the recruiting process.
Fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reviewing and prescreening resumes daily/weekly while conducting Competency Based Pre-screen interviews.
Provide support and training to restaurant managers on how to legally and effectively source, screen, interview, select and retain individuals within their markets.
Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts, while ensuring accurate reporting and data for distribution and analysis on candidate flow, time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc.
Create and distribute new hire information data, offer letters, and documentation for all newly hired employees.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This position requires up to 25% travel. Travel is sometimes within the Utah market and other markets we do business in. There may be overnight stays in other markets if needed for training or recruiting events.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from college or university preferred.
5+ years recruiting experience in restaurants, agency or corporate environment; preferably in the restaurant industry.
Deep functional knowledge and expertise in advanced sourcing techniques using social media and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter and Facebook to identify and engage talent.
High degree of business acumen and strong analytical skills in order to optimize the team and business processes.
Strong time management and impeccable organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple jobs and candidates; providing accurate and timely status updates to hiring managers.
Impeccable communication skills that projects credibility and ability to respond quickly to the needs of the business and prospective candidates.
High level of emotional and executive maturity that enables one to develop strong client partnerships.
Strong internet search and social networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline.
Proven ability to produce consistent recruiting results by delivering timely, high quality candidates.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to adapting to change in a fast paced high growth environment.
