Job Description Job Description As a Restaurant Manager/Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a warm and positive environment in the Front-of-the-House. You will select friendly and talented co-workers, lead human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation, and provide a dining experience that ensures our guests become long-term, loyal customers. You will also be part of the restaurant operations management team, responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager. Responsibilities:

• Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House.

• Select and lead a team of friendly and talented co-workers.

• Manage human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation.

• Ensure a dining experience that guarantees long-term, loyal customers.

• Oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family- style restaurant.

• College coursework in business or hospitality is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Characteristics:
