Restaurant Manager Job Description: The Restaurant Manager ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his/her shift.

The Restaurant Manager has financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures daily. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves to coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smoothly operating restaurant.
