You manage the front- and back-of-house, coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is informed about our specials. When we hire new staff, you train them on the best food and customer service practices. You regularly check portion sizes, food quality, and sales receipts to make sure everything looks great.

If a guest is ever unhappy, you promptly take care of the problem.
