The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and guest experience at Ole Red Las Vegas! This role is responsible for all facets of the restaurant including, but not limited to, product planning, entertainment, training, and food and beverage. This person will work closely with the GM and AGM on business strategies including operations, sales and service, budget, and culinary. In our restaurant we use Micros Point of Sale, Compeat, and Hot Schedules, so experience with any or all of the three is a plus!

Other Responsibilities include:
Supervise restaurant floor operations, ensuring top-notch guest service and food/beverage quality.
Participate in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
Seek revenue-enhancing opportunities and support all operational areas.
Lead and shape the venue's culture and character.
Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Contribute to revenue growth and cost control plans.
Support security measures and facility maintenance.
Uphold corporate standards, policies, and values, complying with company standards.
Perform assigned duties as necessary.
