Matty’s Bar & Grille and Matty’s Catering is growing rapidly, and we need your help to fulfill our vision to become the leading hospitality, events and service provider in Wisconsin. We’re looking for a special person who loves to help people, has well-developed communication skills, and a real ability to relate to others. Your role will involve working with the FOH, BOH and Management Team in building relationships with our Guest and other team members, increasing sales numbers and being able to promote the business through effective guest interaction, and social media.

Along with overseeing the floor in taking care of our guest, you will be responsible for reporting to the General Manager, writing up the end-of-shift reports covering shortages, food quality, guest comments, Team Member evaluations and daily goals. You also support our team by providing an exceptional level of hospitality for our clients and developing relationships with our vendors. Your leadership skills are apparent as you direct and drive our team through proactive problem solving and plenty of thinking creatively while being above the line. You’ve earned a college degree, and have some experience working in business - you may have even owned one This is a full-time or part-time position. Our establishment is located on the outskirts of New Berlin, WI.
