ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Responsible for operation of all restaurants.
Plans, develops and directs staffing and training of restaurant employees.
Assists in the development of long term plans and budgets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Directs selection, training and development of restaurant management staff and ensures that each has a clear understanding of the department service requirements.
Keeps Director of Food and Beverage informed on a timely basis of any significant variance from normal operations or unanticipated occurrences.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required. Ten (10) years in food and beverage area. At least five (5) years management experience in the area of food and beverage. Skills in budgeting and planning. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
