Responsibilities : - Oversee the daily operations of the food service staff.

• Monitor the quality of products and services produced to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and coverage.

• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

• Maintain health standards for raw and finished products, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

• Train and mentor staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and service.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement menu changes and specials. Qualifications : - Previous experience in food service or other related fields, preferably in a managerial role.

• Knowledge of common food safety practices and regulations.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Work Environment :

• The kitchen will handle a high volume of orders, especially during peak dining hours, requiring efficient coordination and fast-paced cooking.

• The menu emphasizes fresh ingredients, with an open kitchen concept where guests can see their meals being prepared. Compensation and Benefits : - Pay ranges from $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, with the company paying a portion of the premiums. This includes dental, vision, and health coverage.

• A $25,000 life insurance policy.

• Assistance with the relocation process. About the Owner :
