BS Restaurant Group is looking for a qualified individual to join their team in the capacity of working manager for Fishtale Ale House in Algoma, WI. This person will work the floor and lead by example.

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years' experience in high volume restaurant / bar management

Passion for integrity of the food, beverage and service

Ability to perform all financial duties for daily operation

Computer skills - proficient with POS, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn in house software accounting system

Commitment to a schedule that allows operational goals to be met

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in daily operations of the restaurant

Provide quality customer service to all patrons

Able to work ten plus-hour shifts, closing shifts, evenings and weekends as needed

Utilize data to manage in a pro-active manner

Responsible for daily financial management

Ensure safety and security of both guest and team members

Participate in coaching, counseling, training and development of all team members

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 <![CDATA[<p>Kelly Engineering has a great opportunity as a Manufacturing Manager with a leading company in Algoma WI! \n \n The Manager oversees the development and implementation of mechanical and electrical processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency; ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively and is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process; leads and directs the work of assigned mechanical, electrical, and project engineers. \n \n Role and Responsibilities: \n \n * Evaluate facilities to ensure electrical, air, and HVAC requirements are met during preparations for the install of new equipment or moves of existing equipment. \n \n * Develop and provide project timelines to facility and executive management, along with working with scheduling and Maintenance to coordinate efforts. \n \n * Develop Equipment Spec's and acceptance criteria. \n \n * R & D of new equipment approaches and technologies \n \n * Daily management of Engineering team members and project assignments to ensure schedules and deadlines are met. \n \n * Assist in developing plant layout in planning rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations for better utilization of space. \n \n * Work closely with innovations, quality assurance and maintenance personnel to prevent problems with products and tooling/fixtures. \n \n * Stay informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment in order to manufacture and reduce cost through efficiencies. \n \n * Support new equipment introductions. \n \n * Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications. \n \n * Able to assist in reducing cost through re-engineering product/material. \n \n * Assist in the assessment of vendor/subcontractor evaluation for consideration. \n \n Qualifications and Education Requirements: \n \n * Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Industrial) or equivalent work experience. \n \n * Minimum of seven to ten years' experience in Engineering related field and at least five years' management/supervisory experience. Experience with flexographic and offset printing equipment as well as corresponding finishing and support equipment a plus. \n \n Preferred Skills: \n \n * Solid Works (3D CAD) and/or Auto Cad (2D CAD) Proficiency \n \n * Ability to design and evaluate mechanical and electrical systems in above programs \n \n * Programming of PLC systems and vision systems \n \n * Project Management experience with technical capacity \n \n * Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and Outlook \n \n * Experience in tool design and modifications \n \n Please apply now!
