The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence in service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Lead and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork. Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance, and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of premium ingredients and supplies.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while controlling costs. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and guest expectations. Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment, preferably in a steakhouse or similar setting.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong understanding of fine dining standards, wine pairings, and luxury service. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for the culinary arts and a deep appreciation for fine dining. What We Offer:
