As a Restaurant Manager with Carrols, you must have the drive to grow and succeed professionally and a natural aptitude for leadership. Additional Requirements for the Restaurant Manager include:
Minimum 2 years RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT Experience REQUIRED; QSR preferred
MUST possess a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED); College Degree a plus
Willing to Submit and Able to Pass Drug Screening and Background Check
5-day, 10 hour/day work week
Ability to Train and Motivate a Team of 20 - 40 Hourly Employees
Ability to Lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Perform multiple tasks
Adjust to changing assignments
Maintain productivity, composure, and a pleasant attitude under pressure
