Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations and licensing requirements. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold our standards of excellence and guest satisfaction. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus, specials, and promotions that appeal to our target audience.

Qualifications: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests and team members. Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Proficiency in restaurant management Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
