Job Description Job Description A casual restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager for a great opportunity with one of the Leaders in the industry. The ideal candidate must have management experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant.

Compensation: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager Hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost Maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development. Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members Create and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Requirements of the Restaurant Manager Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Experienced in fine-dining restaurant operations Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge Proven track record in full-service high-volume operation A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams A track record of stability in previous employment Benefits Paid Holidays / Vacation Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid Sick Leave
