Restaurant Manager

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience in a new and growing casual fine dining restaurant in Hampden Township. Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise all front of house restaurant employees Work in partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure a high quality dining experience Track levels of supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary Address customer needs, comments, and complaints and oversee the complete guest experience Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Manage payroll and maintain all relevant records Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Represent the brand and work as a member of the management team to expand the business and increase sales ​ Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance High School Diploma is a requirement, high education and training a plus, Serve Safe Certification a plus Starting salary commensurate with experience. Bonus and Commissions based on increased sales and restaurant growth.
