Duties and Responsibilities: Able to learn all aspects of the retail/restaurant fish business Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct daily 5 minutes pre-shift meetings Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Maintain a food and beverage budget Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Hold all kitchen staff, Sushi staff, and restaurant staff to all policies and procedures.
Able to lift Minium of 25 lbs.
