High volume restaurant experience is a must
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Passion and dedication to food, beverage and service
Polished, energetic and engaged approach to floor management
Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic Knowledge of MS Office and restaurant management software (Toast knowledge a plus)Complete general administrative tasks including opening and closing duties, cash handling, processing refunds, and maintaining restaurant facilities and supplies
Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented regarding service and restaurant operations
Provide consistent coaching and support for all hourly employees, and possess the ability to fill into any FOH hourly position What we offer Maximum of three opening and three closing shifts per week
