Our maintenance technicians provide year round ongoing preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.

Experience: 3-5 years

Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree

Certifications: Universal EPA

HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills

VIEW JOBS 11/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-08T00:00 Provide support for the installation and maintenance of a/v technologies in campus classroom meeting spaces and other venues. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Assemble and install AV components and wire equipment racks per engineering documentation. Pull terminate, label and test cabling for audio, video, data and control equipment. Correctly and safely mount, test and calibrate equipment to include projectors, screens, monitors, cameras and speakers. Test cabling and equipment to ensure systems are in good working order. Communicate with Lead Technician with status updates identifying issues and resolutions, working with subcontractors and/or third parties as necessary. Serve as backup AV Tech for campus events. Minimum Qualifications Must have working knowledge of electronics, a/v and computer systems. Ability to solder and construct cables. General trades familiarity. Knowledge of proper operation of power tools. Proficiency in reading and understanding electronic wiring diagrams, technical requirements, and specifications. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively with clients and coworkers with minimal supervision. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a/v technology in meeting spaces, projection systems/display devices, Crestron control systems, switching, routing, interfacing technology, video conferencing and audio conferencing technologies.
