Job Description Job Description Minimum Experience & Qualifications MUST HAVE 2 years experience as a General Manager in a stand-alone, full-service restaurant with 5 years Restaurant Management experience 1 years experience managing operations w/ $3M annual sales volume Austin Metro Area Resident w/ ability and willingness to commute to North Austin/Cedar Park, TX Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team; exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Financial Acumen:

Proven knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial management, including experience in optimizing operational costs. Strong analytical skills to analyze financial reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall customer experience . Adaptability and Resilience:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of restaurant operations simultaneously. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Marketing: Experience in implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns. Forward-thinking mindset , staying informed about the latest QSR and general hospitality trends and emerging technologies in the food service industry . Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring team cohesion and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to guarantee a well-stocked and efficient operation.

Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Customer Service: Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.

Address customer concerns promptly and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Manage budgetary concerns, control costs, and optimize profitability.

Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

Identify opportunities for community engagement and local partnerships. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Skill & Physical Ability Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) Math and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products Stamina to work 50 hours or more per week EOE
